Jennifer Rose Holder
Jennifer Rose Holder is the founder and executive director of LIFT East Tennessee (Learning, Inclusion, Friendship, & Togetherness), dedicated to creating an inclusive community and improving the quality of life for individuals with and without disabilities. Jennifer is an amazing mother of an incredible eight-year-old son diagnosed with autism, ADHD, parasomnia, anxiety, separation anxiety, and three forms of epilepsy. For the past 6 years, her passion for creating and growing resources, advocating for those in the community and her focus on applied behavior analysis therapy has remained unwavering; strongly believing in the science and the evidence-based research of effectively modifying behaviors and improving quality of life.
Alongside her professional work, she also became a dedicated advocate for children and adults with disabilities, actively involved in several organizations, including:

Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis (TABA) – Chair of the Webinar Committee & two-term East Tennessee Student Representative
Tennessee Council on Autism Spectrum Disorder – Appointed by the Governor
Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Subject Matter Expert Panel.
In addition to these volunteer & selected positions, one of Jennifer’s core beliefs is that ABA extends far beyond therapy for children with autism—it is a powerful science that can benefit individuals of all backgrounds, with or without disabilities and her goal is to help restore, promote, facilitate and make many services, resources and inclusion accessible to more individuals. Jennifer has established dozens of community partnerships and continues grow LIFT in prioritizing community-first.
She is dedicated to instilling & creating collaborative pathways, while acting with integrity, compassion and purpose. Her years of promoting and supporting others through advocacy, behavior modification, and founding LIFT East TN non-profit, is a true testament to her continued contribution and investment of upholding the state of Tennessee’s vision of helping all Tennesseans thrive while promoting equity and access to quality care services.
