LIFT East Tennessee is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in East and Northeast Tennessee! Our mission is to promote Learning, Inclusion, and Friendship Together for individuals diagnosed with autism and other mental, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental disorders, alongside their support networks.

At LIFT East Tennessee, we are passionate about creating an inclusive environment where individuals of all ages, as well as their stakeholders & support system, can come together to learn, grow, and build meaningful connections. Our goal is to enrich the lives of our members while strengthening East Tennessee & Northeast Tennessee communities through compassion and action.

Across East and Northeast Tennessee counties, our commitment to inclusion can be reflected in our team’s continuous collaborative efforts to assist small businesses in creating environments that are accessible and welcoming to families and individuals, ensuring visitors feel comfortable using local services. Additionally, we are dedicated to encouraging small businesses to adopt inclusive hiring practices, with the purposeful mission of creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with diverse abilities.

LIFT East Tennessee continuously prioritizes community-first engagement initiatives to support its mission of promoting and fostering inclusive environments where individuals can learn, grow, and build meaningful connections within the community through diverse events and activities.
